I agree, these people are just waiting to be road kill the way they ride. I think the emergency services have a phrase for these bikers ' Fresh organ donators' or something.
My husband commutes daily on his bike (winter too) and never rides like they do, he values his and other's lives.
Might be worth emailing or phoning the local cops about?
