Do not touch Ladygrove as it is at the bottom of the hill unless you like lots of water. buy a house that was built before 1970 and you can't go wrong as they will probably have brick internal walls, unlike Ladygrove and Fleet Meadow. Barleyfields is overpriced best option is Edwin Road , Loyd Road Slade Road. Good Luck
