You've managed to find them already(!)
The Brasenose area is widely regarded as a hot spot (although maybe not quite as hot as Barleyfields)
Great Western Drive is widely regarded as a not spot (along with Mendip Heights)
Most other areas sit in middle in reality, for instance some people love Ladygrove, some people hate it; ditto for Fleet Meadow or Mereland Road area or...
