I joined Soll leisure at the beginning of the year. I understood that I could cancel my membership up to ten days after signing the contract. Hated the windowless smelly gym so I decided to cancel it, I went to the gym got my money back then got a threatening letter from them demanding 120 pound for cancelling (even though I did it the day after I signed up). I had a right go at them and they said 'sorry' etc.
Go another letter threatening me with court the next month.
So I had to hand deliver a letter telling them to p-off.
When I phoned them they just laughed.
Aparantely they are run by a bunch of thicko.
Do yourself a favour, don't joing em
