It's probably Dawn's dog, hence the vitriol.

Barking dogs are annoying especially when it's constant and at ridiculous times of the day and night. I don't mind so much when it's during the day.

The dog may well be suffering..........sod it report them. If the dog isn't being mistreated then you haven't done any harm.
