If it's any relation to their telephoone line then forget it. They totally ignore you. I've tried.
Incidentally I got a card last November that my pavement was due to be done in the next few weeks and carried out some trimming etc ready. And has it been done? No, of course not. I'd call four months a little more than a few weeks!
