Been there quite a few times and each time we have been the girls get more and more sullen and seem
to be rushed and grumpy.
OK haircuts but like you say,cheap but hit and miss depending which staff member you get and yes, they completely lack customer service skills. So much so, I won't be returning and will pay more for someone who gives a damn.
