It is nice in there Ros, with lovely friendly staff, as one would expect. It is quite expensive [i think they ALL charge way too much!!!] but I never felt 'rushed' in any way. I have used them twice now, but to be honest, my friend usually does my hair, and she is back after a long long holiday in Africa on Sunday 29th, So that is where I shall go again.
But, do try the cutting bar, at least once, it might be right for you.
