What we're all forgetting, is that the clock was to be in memory of ol' man tappin. A guy that had a lot of love in his heart for Didcot, someone (and his family) who brought employment to the town....
this is not only a slap in the face for the people of Didcot and the rotary club - how dare they slap Paul Tappins memory.
maybe SODC will see the error of their ways?
