Well, if we ARE talking the one in the Broadway, I don't think it would take MUCH of a "management investigation" to identify some of the... "errant" staff members. Walk past some evenings (OK, a random sample) and it seems not UNUSUAL to see ONE younger staff member standing OUTSIDE, "entertaining" a crowd of (seemingly quite) young girls. No accusation of underage selling, but is that REALLY the way to run a business? But seriously, get some OLDER and responsible staff? ;-)
