It is not just Mr Akabusi Living here, I met 2 promoters when on holiday in Ibiza who represent a number of "superstar DJ's" and work closely with the BBC and they both live in the Didcot area. When I axed them why Didcot they pointed to the fast train link to London and Birminnum, good road links and not being far from the "country" to wind down.
