Unfortunately they have decided to appeal this decision it was submitted on the 10/02/10 by F.BB Architects of Brentwood Essex. So if like me you want to see the back of this unhygienic smelly blot on the landscape then write to S.O.D.C or email the planning appeals department at planning.appeals-enforcement@southoxon.gov.uk
