Managed to answer my own question through the miracle of Google..63 days as of today; found the details of the restaurant that's opening as part of the centre and has a 'countdown to opening' timer. Restaurant looks like it could be good (if you like that sort of thing), http://www.couturedidcot.com/ (company running it is "Truly Different", http://www.trulydifferent.com if you want to see the kind of stuff to expect..)
