Thanks for that sensible answer A. Scientist. :-) Since I now better recall
the incident - The "Flash" seemed to accompany THE CAR speeding through the
RED light at the Pellican crossing (with sensors). Maybe there are folk who
think you can "remove" red lights - Even "inconvenient" pedestrians(?) just
by FLASHING at them! :-P Nothing would surprise me, these days...
