Try calling the Oxford Mail and asking for their delivery section. Your child will deliver the newspapers direct from the Oxford Mail (not via a newsagent) so the pay is better. You may have to help with collecting payment though. Although if you inform the customers that they can pay direct debit it saves you the hassle of collecting.
