Kes Ingoldsby, 18, of Wargrave Road, Henley, and James Diggins, 19, of Caversham Park Village, Reading, have been charged with murdering Stephen Langford at the weekend.

Jamie Matthews, 18, of Manor Farm Road, Oxford, and a 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared at Oxford Magistrates' Court today accused of arson with intent to endanger life.

A fraudster cheated his way to more than £10,000 in benefits, a court heard.
Father-of-three Mark Tracey, of Frilsham Street, Sutton Courtenay, pleaded guilty to failing to report a change in circumstances.
