Very expensive for stingy amount of toppings. No care taken over delivery, and toppings are often squashed against the top of the lid. Waffles are burned. Yes, garlic and herb dip is great, but not enough reason to order from here.
Also, shuts earlier sometimes than it states on the leaflet. When we emailed to complain, we got no answer.

I live in Swindon and thought I would pop in for a pizza while in didcot, I was very happy with it the Pizza huts in Swindon make crud compared to this Domino's Pizza shop

i feckin love dominoes! a didnt really like pizza untill my mate introduced me to dominoes yuuuummmmy n a love the garlic n herb sauce its aceee!

Their Pizzas might be good but has any one else made an internet order and only recieved part of it but been charged for all of it, a lot of people in southport have!!
i worked out if they charge £5 or £3 for items they dont deliver mmmmmm thats a tidy tip out of 100 customers.
we have reported thiss to trading standards cos their help line was less than.
wont be eating a Dogimos ops i mean Domino's again.

I am a dominos pizza manager in training. What I can say for sure is, yes some pizzas are oily because of the items used, pepperoni, sausage etc... who has ever seen pork without oil? I haven't!
Also it takes on average 1 minue to take a customers order, about 4 minutes to make a pizza. and 6 minutes to go through the oven. We aim to have the pizza leave the shop within 15minutes of the customer taking the order, and i can say there are frequent check-ups to make sure out of door time is always high, pizza making time is below 4 minutes.
But sometimes it very hard to cope, It can be very hard with only 3 people aswering phones, 3 on the make line, one cutting and 5-6 drivers.
Things run so tight that anything can slow down delivery times, traffice, weather, dodgy orders. But I can also say that it is vital to prepare before the rush, if not it takes a team of well trained staff, with the speed and experience needed to make 100 pizzas an hour or more. And some of the time, shops fail to prepare dont forsee all orders coming in at once.
I once had about 60 orders come in one hour, now it should be enough right? one minute per customer, but then some pay by credit card :( some phone to ask where their pizza is after only 15minutes, we need to stick labels on pizza boxes.
But one thing, if you are not happy just politetly complain about it, and dominos will try to make you happy however they can, etc free order for next time, refund or re-delivery.
