Just been for Sunday lunch and am DISGUSTED. After a couple of poor meals a year ago, we decided to give it another go, and have just left feeling physically sick. Chips were not cooked, ribeye steak was full of gristle and fat, mixed mushroom ragout with puff pastry and julienne vegetables (carrot and leek only) was absolutely swimming in oil, mushrooms were unseasoned and the flat pastry absorbed even more of the oil. Gave feedback that the meal had not been enjoyed for these reasons, and were not even offered an apology. Can't believe they are still in business.

Just done the quiz, Monday night, 23 out of 120, we were happy with that.

Well I'd just like to say hello to the Dallas'. Good pub before but now you have taken overeven better. You were great when you had the boot in Aston, so it's fantastic to see you running another local. Food is excellent, atmosphere is great, I love it. Anyone who hasn't been should definately go. Simon is such a perfectionist that even the chips are homemade and all cut exactly the same size. Well done all and keep up the good work. We love ya xx
